In response to the recent shooting in Wisconsin, APAS has partnered with the Sikh community to show the docu-drama about Sikh Americans "Mistaken Identity -: Discovering Sikhs". 

It is about Sikh Americans who were mistaken for terrorists because they wear turbans and beards for religious reasons. Join us and learn more about Sikh’s cultures and practices.  

The event is FREE. It will be followed by a question and answer session with representatives from the Sikh community of New Orleans.
